How does this work?
Once an appointment has been booked, Alder Creek Inspections and Consulting will need your house for anywhere from 6 hours (milder cases) to as much as 24 hours (extreme cases) with no people or pets in the home. Once the home home or commercial building are ready, we use a very high powered UV system to to remove the odour from the building down to the molecular level. This process can vary in time due to the amount or extreme odours we are dealing with. At times we have cam across saturated flooring and walls from pet urine. In most cases these will have to be removed from the inside of the property.
Ozone is a natural element in the air we breathe every day and is made of three molecules of oxygen. The ozone UV generators create extremely high concentrations that remove odour and are safe for our environment. Once the ozone starts to break down the ozone reverts back to oxygen.
